The 4-4-4 method, also known as box breathing, is a simple yet powerful technique to calm the mind and body. It involves inhaling, holding, and exhaling the breath in equal counts of four. This technique helps reduce stress, enhance focus, and promotes overall wellness.
How to Practise the 4-4-4 Method:

Find Your Spot: Sit or lie down comfortably. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Inhale Deeply: Breathe in through your nose for a count of four. Feel your lungs fill up.
3. Hold Steady: Hold your breath for a count of four. Let the oxygen saturate your body.
4. Exhale Slowly: Exhale through your mouth for a count of four. Release all the tension.
5. Repeat and Relax: Continue this cycle for five minutes or more. Focus on your breath and stay present.
