Personal training is perfect for Body Plotters who need one-to-one support with their movement, strength, stamina and fitness. Our qualified and expert trainer, Shaf, will take you through movement patterns, exercises and techniques to help you to get your goals in a safe and enjoyable way.

  • Is this suitable for beginners?

    We tailor our sessions to all ability levels with a view to helping you become stronger, fitter and healthier.

  • Can I train with a friend or a family member?

    Absolutely. Exercise can be so much more fun and motivating when doing it with a friend. 

  • What pieces of equipment do I need?

    You will need minimal equipment in our sessions - some light and heavy dumbbells and a yoga mat. However, if you do have other pieces of equipment we can utilise these in your sessions too. 

  • I’ve had a personal trainer before, what makes training with Body Plot so different?

    At Body Plot we focus on functional personal training. We don’t believe in unsustainable or instagram-trending approaches. We tailor your sessions to help you perform your daily activities may that be lifting your child, strengthening your core after sitting for hours at the desk or helping you to heal from an injury. Exercises taught are personalised and aim to help you as individual to get stronger, fitter and healthier.
