Absolutely. Exercise can be so much more fun and motivating when doing it with a friend.
You will need minimal equipment in our sessions - some light and heavy dumbbells and a yoga mat. However, if you do have other pieces of equipment we can utilise these in your sessions too.
At Body Plot we focus on functional personal training. We don’t believe in unsustainable or instagram-trending approaches. We tailor your sessions to help you perform your daily activities may that be lifting your child, strengthening your core after sitting for hours at the desk or helping you to heal from an injury. Exercises taught are personalised and aim to help you as individual to get stronger, fitter and healthier.
