Meet Your Coaches


Meet Sonali

Sonali is a Nutritional therapist, Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 3 Pre and Post natal specialist in fitness. However, her asset is that she was formerly obese herself. She was bullied as a child, grew up with a challenging relationship with food and was continuously unwell. Whilst studying at University and being a complete serial dieter, she decided to take a stand and research more into health and wellbeing.

Through a careful and structured approach and a lot of research, Sonali subsequently lost 60 pounds and in turn gained confidence, improved health and developed the passion to qualify and help others feel the way she does by creating Body Plot. 

What's your favourite Body Plot meal?
Kidney Beans Curry with cheese and a fresh green salad! 


What's your favourite exercise?
Shoulders are my favourite muscle group to train and I can do this at the gym or at home!

Meet Shaf

Shaf is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer who has a special interest in pain management and lower back pain. His interest came from experiencing large amounts of pain throughout his life with severe TMJ and sciatica all whilst working within a corporate setting in the city. From experiencing pain himself, he understood first hand how this can impact your day to day living and hinder work productivity. He found western medical intervention to be ineffective and proceeded to focus on healing himself through careful exercise and nutrition. Within a year, Shaf healed his sciatica and can now walk miles compared his sciatic state where he was unable to take two steps. 

He is now passionate about helping others heal themselves through personal coaching particularly, people within corporate organisations, people who lead sedentary lifestyles and those who suffer with pain.
