 FAQs

  • Are meal plans included?

    Meal plans are not included in the 12 week fat loss challenge as it isn’t a one-to-one programme. For meal plans please refer to the Ultimate Plan. However, we do teach our Body Plotters strategies and knowledge in order to create their own meal plans.

  • I am vegetarian / vegan, will this work for me?

    Yes! We welcome all clients with various dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances and preferences.

  • Is this suitable for beginners?

    We tailor our sessions to all ability levels with a view to helping you become stronger, fitter and healthier.

  • What do I do after the twelve weeks are over?

    We teach our Body Plotters a lifestyle change. The twelve weeks are designed to put you on the path of greatness where you continue these lifestyle changes going forward. If you don’t feel ready however, you’re always welcome to join the next twelve weeks - you will learn so much more!

  • Can I still eat food from my heritage?

    You definitely can! Whether it’s Indian food, Lebanese, oriental or otherwise, we love to learn more about the food from your heritage and help you to create healthier ways to cook these foods.

  • If I am unable to attend a workshop, are they recorded?

    We record all sessions and would be happy to send these to Body Plotters in exceptional circumstances. Our sessions include interactivity, group tasks and are highly engaging. Therefore, for the effectiveness of the challenge, we recommend that you attend as many sessions as possible.
