  • Are the meal plans based on calories and macronutrients?

    Yes, by understanding how many calories you individually require, we can then help you consume the calories you require to get you to your goals. Calories never fall below 1200 calories.

  • I am vegetarian / vegan, will this work for me?

    Yes! We welcome all clients with various dietary requirements, allergies, intolerances and preferences.

  • Are recipes included in the meal plan?

    Absolutely! We include recipes including weight, brand and supermarket where applicable.

  • Can I go out when on the programme?

    Of course, this is a lifestyle change. We teach you to maintain a healthy and well balanced lifestyle through real life. Real life includes social events, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, weddings and much more.

  • Can I still eat food from my heritage?

    You definitely can! Whether it’s indian food, lebenese, oriental or otherwise, we love to learn more about the food from your heritage and helping you create healthier ways to cook these foods.
